KODA is a non-commercial quiz application, made by students as part of a school project.

Publisher: KODA is developed and maintained by a small team of student developers, Corentin CASSET & Matis M'Barek. For any question regarding the application, please contact us via the app's store listing.

Content & sources: the film reviews used in the game are real reviews, hand-picked and verified by the app maintainers from publicly available sources. They are used for illustrative and educational purposes, as part of this quiz format.

Movie titles, posters and metadata are provided by TMDB (The Movie Database). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. https://www.themoviedb.org

Intellectual property: all trademarks, film titles and review excerpts remain the property of their respective rights holders. If you are a rights holder and believe content should be removed, please contact us and we will review it promptly.

Your privacy matters to us. KODA is a student-made application and we only collect the minimum data needed for it to work.

Data we store: - Nickname: chosen by you when creating or joining a multiplayer game, used only to display you to other players during a session. - Scores: your best scores are stored locally on your device to track your progress. - Multiplayer session data: room codes, nicknames and scores are temporarily stored on our server to run the multiplayer game, and are deleted once the session ends.

What we don't do: we don't collect any personal information such as your real name, email address or location, and we don't share any data with third parties or use it for advertising.
